SECURITY ALARM

  1. The anti-theft alarm installations shall only be permitted with the prior consent of the Association's management, provided that the exterior portions of the system match the architectural design, the decorations of the community and the installation of alarm boxes or Speakers, are not outstanding.
  2. The administration office of the Association must be informed of the person in charge of disconnecting the alarm in case it starts to sound.
In the event that no one can be located, the administration or any member of the board will have the power to make arrangements to silence the alarm and any expenses incurred will be the responsibility of the owner or resident.
